Now to download a video you just have to go to the Video Page and you can see a Download this video popping right above the video player.

When you click on Download this video, a pop up shows up denoting the size of the video and the folder in which the video is going to be saved. Once you click Start Download, your download starts.
Once the download is finished, you can access the video in the destined folder. You can also change this folder from the options menu of the software.
